Vitria Provides Global Electronics Company with a 360˚ View of its Global Business Operations
Our customer (under NDA), a global electronics company, wished to empower key operational personnel with the ability to quickly and easily manage their ERP Consolidation operations team with a dashboard monitoring system. Executives initially began to build an in-house solution to monitor their applications, databases, servers, and networks; however our client quickly came to the conclusion that this would not be a viable option. With Vitria’s M3O Operational Intelligence Suite, our customer was able to easily personalize their own role-based dashboards, a solution that was built by operations managers without development involvement.
Vitria Provides Network Service Assurance to Global Communications Service Providers
Most global CSPs experience exceptionally high volumes – usually in the tens of millions – of events per month that are generated at the OSS network level. These events come in from the OSS network as alarms and as information from mobile broadband suites. Our customer’s (under NDA) primary objective was to reduce the number of incidents (by at least one-third) and act upon them. In order for this to happen, events coming in from the mobile broadband suite were correlated with events coming in from various information systems supporting the client’s broadband infrastructure.
