Vitria Customer Generali Vienna Wins European Business Integration Award 2006
Generali Vienna, an Austrian insurance group, won the European Business Integration Award 2006. The award was presented to Generali Vienna at the European Integration Forum 2006 on April 4, 2006 for the company’s ability to dramatically reduce processing costs and increase overall productivity. Using Vitria’s BusinessWare®, the company has been able to dramatically reduce the time it takes to process insurance policies, enabling the organization to significantly lower its processing costs.

Vitria Receives 2005 Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 Award
Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the executive's user manual for successful supply chain transformation, has honored Vitria by including the company on its Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 list. The 2005 Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100 provides supply and demand chain initiatives to small, midsize and large companies in a variety of industry sectors. The initiatives use technologies and/or services to address and solve pain points in the supply and demand chain, and the results of the initiatives produce a substantial return on investment. Submissions for the 2005 "100" were evaluated based on the pain point(s) addressed by the initiatives (The Challenge), the technologies and services used to address those pain points (The Solution), the results of the initiatives (Return on Investment, or ROI), and plans for taking the project forward (Next Steps).

Sunrise and Vitria Win Silver at First Annual EAI Forum Awards in Switzerland
Sunrise, the leading independent telecommunications provider in Switzerland, and Vitria were awarded a silver medal at the 1st Annual EAI Forum Switzerland 2004 held from Oct. 26-29th in Zurich. IIR Germany GmbH, the show organizer, announced sunrise as first runner-up for the Best EAI Project award for the company?s advanced mobile services order management and provisioning system, a solution built on the BusinessWare? business process integration platform.

Vitria Once Again Featured in Software Magazine's Prestigious Software 500 List For 2004
Vitria Ranks in Top Half of Software Magazine?s annual Software 500 list, a revenue-based ranking of the world?s leading software and services suppliers to the enterprise. The survey revealed particularly strong positive growth in systems-integration services and infrastructure management. With software and services revenue of $80.7 million, Vitria ranked number 203 on the 2004 list.

Vitria Receives BPM Today's 2004 Top 5 BPM Award for Best BPM Suite Applications
BusinessWare™ business process integration platform has been recognized with a 2004 BPM Top 5 Award from BPM Today, the largest publication in the U.S. focused exclusively on business process management. Vitria achieved Top 5 recognition in the "BPM Suite Applications" category, a grouping of EAI and ERP software vendors extending their product offerings to include business process management capabilities. Vitria was awarded the honor after extensive independent analysis sponsored by BPM Today, the results of which were published on the site on May 14, 2004. This is the ninth product award recognizing the BusinessWare platform for outstanding achievement in the last year alone.

DaimlerChrysler Bank and Vitria were honored with the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Award 2004 for Best EAI Project at the 6th Annual EAI Forum held in Mainz, Germany last week. IIR Germany GmbH, organizer of the EAI Forum, recognized DaimlerChrysler Bank for the "InTraDe" project, a solution for automating and optimizing business processes built on the award-winning BusinessWare™ business process integration platform.

2003 Best Application Integration Solution for its work with Bell Canada from Business Integration Journal (formerly EAI Journal)
Vitria was selected as having the Best Application Integration Solution for its work with Bell Canada because it integrates different systems and leads to significant business benefits in terms of cost efficiencies and competitive advantage, such as increasing speed-to-market. Bell Canada of Toronto, Ontario, was seeking a technology solution that would provide better and faster provisioning for customers of its broadband Internet services as well as integrates workflow internally to provide more comprehensive reporting and analysis. BusinessWare was the right solution as it helped Bell Canada:

2003 2nd place for Best eBusiness Solution for its work with Sprint from Business Integration Journal (formerly EAI Journal)
Vitria received second place for the Best eBusiness Solution for its work with Sprint because it established an entirely new approach to reach new markets. The solution was strategic to the end-user organization and delivered significant competitive advantage. Vitria provided Sprint a technology gateway between it and its trading partners, enabling transaction management and information exchange.

Business Integration Journal 2003 Hall of Fame Winner
This award was given to Vitria because it had the greatest market impact and influence through partnerships, product announcements, customer wins, stock market activity, and marketing campaigns during the period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002.

Vitria placed second out of all the top integration vendors for the Network Computing Editor's Choice Award. Vitria was put to the test against four other EAI suites in an analysis at the NWC Inc. Real-World Business Applications Lab in Green Bay, Wisconsin and came out a winner because its enables all applications in an organization to freely exchange information to solve business problems.
