M3O™ is Vitria's next generation BPM suite, providing capabilities for business process management (BPM) and event-driven integration, all in the same unified platform. M3O also gives companies unprecedented flexibility to leverage their existing information technology infrastructure, then later extend it with additional products and capabilities from many different vendors.
BusinessWare™ is Vitria's proven platform for general business process integration and business-to-business integration (B2Bi). BusinessWare also runs Vitria's industry-specific business process applications for the Telecommunications and Healthcare/Insurance sectors, and supports B2Bi standards like EDI, ebXML and AS2.

2008 Vitria launches, M3O, the industry's first 100% Web 2.0-based business process management suite enabling business analysts to directly model and execute their own processes. Included in the suite is Exception Manager, a specialized purpose-built application that provides a systematic approach to resolving exceptions across the enterprise.

2007 Vitria goes private to fully promote the strategic vision of the company, and to maximize the value delivered to its customers and partners.

2006 Vitria launches Smart Gateway for Healthcare, a Business Process Application (BPA) that allows healthcare organizations to transform their business model to dramatically lower costs, increase productivity and grow their partner base while laying the foundation for coming legislation.

2005 Vitria offers a new breed of process-centric applications that solve complex business process problems by leveraging and orchestrating existing transactional applications and systems, people and partners.

2004 Vitria unveils order management solutions for the telecommunications and supply chain industries, HIPAA compliance solutions for the healthcare industry, and STP and SWIFT solutions for financial institutions.

2003 BusinessWare 4, Vitria's next generation SOA-based BPM and integration platform with numerous industry-first features, wins Business Integration Journal's Product of the Year.

2002 Vitria leverages its integration platform leadership to create a new category of products called "Collaborative Applications," and in doing so, is once again pushing the integration market to new frontiers.

2001 Vitria pioneers innovative functionality for Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and Business Vocabulary Management (BVM).

2000 Vitria introduces the combination of EAI, BPM, and Business-to Business-Integration (B2Bi) in a single integration platform.

1999 Vitria goes public in September and is traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol VITR.
1997 Vitria pioneers the use of Business Process Management (BPM) and becomes the first vendor to offer an off-the-shelf middleware solutions, creating the foundation for business process-oriented SOA and event-driven applications.

1994 Vitria transforms the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) space with the first platform capable of EAI, BPM and Business-to-Business integration (B2Bi).
